As part of the planned redevelopment of the Bayswater Hotel, we have been instructed to offer for sale a large range of surplus items including:

All items are untested and sold in "As Is Where Is" Condition

Purchasers are advised they need to provide their own help with collecting these items including trolleys etc. NO FORKLIFT ON SITE

This is a GST inclusive auction (ie GST will be included in the bid amount) with a 15% Buyers premium.

Inspection is available onsite at Bayswater Hotel, 70-78 Railway Parade, Bayswater on Friday the 25th & Tuesday the 29th of August between 10:00am & 2:00pm.

All items are sold ‘as is, where is’
All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made.

NOTE: Storage Charges apply at $100.00 per day, per lot, if goods are not collected within the time frame provided.

PICK UP: Goods to be collected on the 1st, 2nd and 4th of September, between 9:00am & 4:00pm from Bayswater Hotel, 70-78 Railway Parade, Bayswater, 6053. (All goods must be removed by 4:00pm on the 4th of September).
