2012 Frazer Wood Fortified Shiraz (12 x 375ml), Margaret River by Frazer Woods Estate, 17.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The deep vibrant red colour is matched by lifted fruit aromas of blackberry and plum, enhanced by notes of sweet vanilla and spice. The palate is smooth and luscious, expressing stunning dark berry, cassis and plum flavours, complemented by hints of vanilla, cinnamon and clove, with just a wisp of toasty oak. Vibrant fruit flavours persist for ever on the opulent palate, giving a lingering, smooth, round and satisfying finish, lifted with a touch of soft cleansing acid. WINEMAKING NOTES The Frazer Woods Shiraz is created exclusively from fruit of a small block of vines on the family estate in the esteemed Willyabrup Sub-region of Margaret River. Made in the traditional “vintage” style, by adding alcohol to the actively fermenting ripe Shiraz must. The active ferment is thereby halted, yielding a rich and full fruity wine with residual, unfermented grape sugar giving the characteristic sweetness of the style. Subsequent aging for three years in small oak barrels adds texture and further mellow flavour complexity.

2014 Cherished Shiraz (12 x 750ml), Blackwood Valley by Dickinson Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol: James Halliday Wine Companion 5 STAR 2020 Winemaking: Fermentation was in stainless steel tank. A cultured yeast used for fermentation, pressed via tank then to Barrel (12% new French Oak) for 14 months. Ageing: Up to ten years. Tasting Notes: The 2014 Cherished Shiraz is a rich fruit driven wine with aromas of red berry and spice. A generous mouthfeel with soft and juicy tannins - plum and blackberry fruit with vanillin undertones from the seasoned French oak and a long finish. Well suited to all red meats and mature, hard cheeses.

2022 9 to 5 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by After Hours, 12.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Straw – green with a fragrant herbaceous bouquet. The palate shows a blend of citrus and gooseberry, with the hint of sweet passionfruit flavours. Long balanced acidity gives the wine a fresh, crisp and zesty finish. 2019 Sweet Red (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 12.8% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Vintage The 2018 vintage was a return to the fantastic conditions that WA is known for. The preceding winter and early spring rainfall provided a good base of ground water for the vines to thrive. November was warm and dry, setting up the vines perfectly through flowering and fruit set. An extended, dry and warm summer through to the end of picking in mid-April, produced outstanding fruit to make wine from. All grapes harvested this season are of exceptional quality and showing great varietal characteristics. Winemakers Comments Sweet red is a style for those wine drinkers who often find red wines somewhat dry and tannic. There is often a cultural aspect to this and out of respect of this we have made this wine to suit those who really enjoy this style of wine. Definitely a wine to serve chilled for best enjoyment. Tasting Notes Colour: Dark garnet red. Nose: This wine is full of sweet berry flavours. Blackberries, blueberries, mulberries and hints of raspberries. Palate: As for the nose, there are abundant berry flavours on the palate. Underlying the berries are savoury spices and mocha flavours. This wine is unmistakably a sweet red.

2017 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (6x750 ml), Margaret River by Black Brewing Co, 14.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon - 100% Margaret River With aromas of blackcurrant, bayleaf and mocha pair with a structured palate of dark plum, black olive, hints of chocolate and mint. The wine has fine tannins and good length. Fruit for this wine is from a coastal vineyard in Southern Margaret River. The fruit was handpicked ad destemmed int stone fermenters and left on skins for 21 days for structure and length. Once gently pressed off skins this Cabernet Sauvignon was matured for 16 months in French oak barriques, 20% of which was new. The wine received no fining and only a coarse filtra¬tion prior to bottling. Can be cellard for 7-12 years. RRP: $40.00 per bottle . GOLD MEDAL , 94 Points.

2014 Tomasi Chardonnay (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Oceans Estate, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: A lifted nose showing lots of typical Chardonnay aromas - nectarine, blossoms and marmalade. The complexity derived from long term aging on lees adds malt, roast nut, toast and cinnamon notes. This wine has generous ripe fruits and a creamy texture.
